在社区运行区域心电信息系统的效果评价

Effect evaluation of the ECG information system in communities

目的:观察社区卫生服务站运行区域心电信息系统对于助推数字卫生建设的效果。方法:选取桐乡市石门镇2014年1月-2015年1月在该镇卫生院已配备区域心电信息系统的5个社区卫生服务站就诊的400名患者为实验组,选取未配备区域心电信息系统的5个社区卫生服务站就诊的400名患者为对照组,对两组患者进行心律失常检出率、转诊到位率、收费及就诊时间进行比较,观察效果。结果:实验组其心律失常检出率、转诊到位率明显提高,收费及就诊时间缩短。经卡方检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通过在社区卫生服务站运行区域心电信息系统,患者免除奔波的劳累的同时也能享受到上级甚至市级医院专业的诊断服务;有效助推数字卫生建设,值得在社区广泛开展。

Objective To observe the effect of the regional ECG information system of the community health service station to boost the digital health construction. Methods A total of 400 patients visiting 5 community health service stations in Shimen township equipped with ECG information system from January 2014 to January 2015 were chosen as experiment group and another 400 patients visiting 5 community health service stations in Shimen township without the equipment as control group. Arrhythmia detection rate,referral arrival rate and the charge and treatment time were observed and compared. Results The arrhythmia detection rate,the referral arrival rate increased significantly, and charge and treatment time shortened significantly in experiment group and there was statistic difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusions ECG information system equipped in community health service stations enables patients to avoid the inconvenience of being on the go, meanwhile to enjoy professional diagnosis service from superior even municipal hospitals. Such equipment can effectively boost digital health construction in communities.
