摘要
近年来工作嵌入被国内外学者证实为预测员工主动离职的关键变量。文章对工作嵌入理论的内涵和结构进行综述,回顾了工作嵌入在护理领域的跨文化研究进展,并对未来研究提出展望,为国内学者深入研究护士工作嵌入与离/留职关系、制定有效护士留职策略提供参考依据。
Job embeddedness has been confirmed as the key variables to predict employee turnover at home and abroad in recent years. This paper summarized the content and setup of job embeddedness, reviewed the progress of cross --cultural studies in nursing field and put forward some prospects for future research,aiming at providing some reference for researchers to continue studying the correlation of job embeddedness and nurses" turnover/retention which would help to develop effective retention strategies.
