摘要
为了解决地方性二本院校应用物理学专业在人才培养过程中的诸多问题,以六盘水师范学院应用物理专业为例,通过对新形势下应用物理学的发展状况、学生入学情况,以及公司和企业人才需求进行分析.结果表明,为了培养出应用型高级专门人才,地方二本院校培养应用物理学专业人才亟需改革,增加实践课程比例,降低课程难度,深化课程体系改革,修订教学大纲成为当今面临的主要问题.
In order to solve the problems of talents cultivation of the applied physics in the local university, the applied physics of liupanshui normal university was as an example by analyzing the development of applied physics in the new situation, and analyzing the studentsr enrollment, and talented person need analysis of company or enterprise. It is urgent to reform the the applied physics in the local university, such as the practical course proportion increase, the difficulty of the course decrease, curriculum system reform and the syllabus revision, and the advanced and specialized personnel can be obtained.
