心理痛苦温度计及社会支持系统在肿瘤患者中的应用与评价

Application and evaluation of Distress Thermometer and social support system to patients with malignant tumors

目的探讨心理痛苦温度计及社会支持系统在肿瘤患者中的应用及评价。方法选取2015年7月至2015年12月阎山东省千佛山医院收治的150例肿瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组75例,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用心理痛苦温度计及社会支持系统,对照组患者给予肿瘤微创手术治疗和常规护理。评价观察组患者心理痛苦程度,并比较两组患者在焦虑、抑郁及治疗依从性上的差异。结果干预4周后,观察组患者焦虑和抑郁明显减轻,评分均低于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者治疗依从性明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用心理痛苦温度计及社会支持系统对肿瘤微创治疗的患者进行有效的心理痛苦评估,可明显减轻患者的疼痛与焦虑,缓解抑郁情绪,提高治疗依从性及生活质量。

Objective To investigate application and evaluation of Distress Thermometer and social support system to patients with cancer.Methods Select 150 patients with cancer hospitalized at Shandong Qianfo Hill Hospital from July 2015 to December 2015.These patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 75 patients in each group.All the patients received mini-invasive surgery and conventional nursing.Based on this,patients in the observation group were assessed by Distress Thermometer and were given care from social support system.Psychological distress was observed,and depression and treatment compliance was compared between the two.Results After intervention of 4 weeks,anxiety and depression lessened obviously with lower scores in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.After the intervention,treatment compliance was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using Distress Thermometer to effectively assess psychological distress for cancer patients as well as social support system can significantly reduce the pain and anxiety,relieve depression and improve the treatment compliance and quality of life.
