基于大气环境风险的危险废物集中处置设施环境防护距离研究

Environment Protection Distance of Centralized Disposal Facility of Hazardous Waste Based on Atmospheric Environment Risk

针对危险废物集中处置设施选址的环境管理要求,以某危险废物经营企业为研究对象,从大气环境风险对人体健康损害的角度出发,研究了为防止危险废物集中储存和综合利用设施有毒有害物质泄漏、油品火灾燃烧烟气和焚烧设施废气排放等对周边居住场所及农用地造成严重影响应设置的环境防护距离,可为该类项目的选址和环境管理提供科学依据。

In view of the environmental management requirement for site selection of the centralized disposal facility of hazardous waste ,this paper takes a hazardous waste operation enterprise as an example to study the appropriate environment protection distance from the perspective of atmospheric environment risk to human health to avoid harm of the leakage of hazardous and noxious substance from centralized storage and comprehensive utilization facility, the smoke from oil fires, and the exhaust emission from incineration facil- ity to the nearby residential places and farmland. The results can provide scientific basis for site selection and environmental management of similar projects.
