摘要
基于碳纤维复合材料层合板设计理论对后行李箱盖总成进行设计,并采用有限元方法对碳纤维行李箱盖总成进行刚度工况CAE分析。通过修正碳纤维复合材料弹性常数,得到合理的计算模型,并基于该模型优化结构,最终满足设计要求。
CFRP tailgate is designed in the paper according to the structure of steel parts. At the same time, the FEM model is built that including CFRP material parameters, working conditions. Through adjusting the elastic parameters of CFRP, the reasonable model is built. On the basis of the model, the structure is optimized and the design requirement is met.
