摘要
对喷丸后热成型表面出现花斑这一质量问题进行研究,对花斑区域进行金相、能谱、表面微观形貌及防腐试验,分析了花斑区域对零件表面质量的影响。结果表明:喷丸后零件表面出现的花斑区氧化层已全部去除,满足整车防腐的相关要求,作为内板零件表面质量可以接受。
The surface quality problems of spots on the hot forming parts is studied, metallo- graphic, energy spectrum, surface micro -morphology and corrosion protection test are used to study the effect of the spots area on the surface quality. The results showed that the oxide layer of the spots area appeared on the surface of the parts after shot blasting is completely removed to meet the require- ments of corrosion protection of the whole vehicle, and the surface quality of the inner plate parts can be accepted.
