摘要
基于创建电气科研攻关工作室,探索煤炭行业现阶段人才培养模式。对电气科研攻关工作室的创建及其具体实践应用实例进行探讨。
Based on the idea of creating electrical scientific research studio, this paper explored the personnel training mode in coal industry at the present stage, and discussed setting up electrical scientific research studio and its concrete practice of application.
