摘要
传染性鲑鱼贫血症病毒(Infectious salmon anaemia virus,ISAV)作为一种对鲑鳟鱼类危害严重的病原,对世界鲑鳟养殖业造成较大经济损失。本研究依据世界动物卫生组织(OIE)推荐的方法,对2014年经深圳口岸进口的冰鲜大西洋鲑进行了ISAV检测,9批挪威进口冰鲜大西洋鲑被检出疑似ISAV阳性。然而,9批样品ISAV病毒分离结果均为阴性。基于ISAV血凝素酯酶(Hemaglutinin esterase,HE)基因序列的分析结果,9株ISAV均属于HPR非缺失型ISAV(HPR0ISAV),且与挪威ISAV分离株同源性达98.3%~100.0%。本研究共从491批冰鲜大西洋鲑中检出HPR0ISAV阳性9批,阳性检出率为1.8%。因此,应加强对挪威进口冰鲜大西洋鲑的检疫,以防HPR0ISAV传入我国。
Infectious salmon anaemia virus (ISAV) has become a threat to the salmon industry worldwide and has caused considerable economic loss. In the present study, 9 suspect cases of ISAV infection were identified from iced Atlantic salmons imported from Norway in 2014 through Shenzhen port (Shenzhen, China) using methods recommended by the World Organization for Animal Health. However, the results of virus isolation were negative. Based on the sequence analysis of ISAV segment 6, the 9 ISAV isolates belonged to the HPR0 type, had high homology (98.3-100.0%) and closest relationship with Norway strains. We identified the 9 positive HPR0 ISAVs from 491 iced Atlantic salmons (1.8%). Therefore, we should strengthen the quarantine of iced Atlantic salmons from Norway in case of HPR0 ISAV into China.
