摘要
以污水处理厂产生的脱水污泥和粉煤灰、粘土为原料,研究以适宜的配比混合高温烧结制备陶粒以及其对Ni^(2+)的吸附规律。结果表明:陶粒对金属离子的吸附量随着时间增加而增加,Ni^(2+)达到吸附平衡的时间为140 min,相应的最大吸附量为0.001 64 mg/g;热力学研究结果表明:ΔG~θ>0,反应是非自发的过程;ΔH~θ<0,反应是放热反应;ΔS~θ<0,Ni2+在陶粒上的吸附是熵减小过程,符合吸附交换理论。
Using dewatered sludge from sewage treatment plant and fly ash, clay as raw materials, sludge ceramsite was prepared through mixing in an appropriate ratio and high-temperature sintering. The adsorption law of Ni's(2+) on sludge ceramsite was studied. The results show that, with increasing of adsorption time, adsorption capacity of sludge ceramsite to metal ions increases, Ni's(2+) adsorption time to reach the equilibrium is 140 min, the corresponding maximum adsorption is 0.001 64 mg/g. Thermodynamic study results show that: ΔGθ〉 0, the reaction is non-spontaneous process; ΔHθ〈 0, the reaction is exothermic; ΔSθ 〈0, the entropy of Ni's(2+) adsorption process on the sludge ceramic reduces, it is in line with adsorption exchange theory.
