摘要
管道轴测图是管道布置设计的基本图样之一,轴测图采用工程图样中的特定表达方法,有别于三视图表达。工程中常用正等轴测图表达管道布局,其中大量存在的阀门和管件在三个不同坐标轴方位上形状不同,绘制阀门和管件耗时费力。采用参数化设计技术,将阀门和管件进行分类,引入核心参数的概念,对每一个选定的阀门和管件实现成组一次性绘制,有效提高管道轴测图的绘图设计效率。
The pipe axonometric drawing is one of basic drawings in the pipe layout design, and has its special expression which differs from orthographic projection. The isometric drawing is usually used to make arrangement for pipes in the construction process. In the isometric drawing, there are a lot of valves and pipe fittings whose figures vary with the three axonometric axes. It's time-consuming for the designer to draw valves and pipe fittings in the isometric drawing. In the paper, the parametric design technology was adapted to classify the valves and pipe fittings according to their functions, and the concept of key parameters was introduced. For any valve or pipe fitting, the type selection and group drafting can be realized automatically, which can greatly improve the design efficiency of the pipe isometric drawing.
