摘要
乙烯装置在满足装置正常生产的前提下,利用急冷水的余热,增设空气预热器,对进入裂解炉底部燃烧器的助燃空气进行加热,实现减少装置燃料消耗、减少CO_2排放、达到节能效果。
The waste heat of the quench water in the ethylene plant was used to heat the air by the air-preheater in the bottom of the cracking furnace, in order to induce the fuel consumption, CO_2 emission and save energy.
