摘要
采用卤素水分测定仪和GB/T 24131-2009烘箱法A测定顺丁橡胶挥发分含量,并考察了影响卤素水分测定仪测定挥发分含量的影响因素,结果表明,卤素水分仪检测结果与烘箱法A结果趋势一致,且缩短了检测时间,操作简便,可应用于实际生产中。
The volatile matter content in butadiene rubber was measured by halogen moisture analyzer and the oven method, and influence factors of the determination of volatile matter were discussed. The results show that determined results by using the two methods are identical, and the halogen moisture analyzer is easily handled and its analysis time is shorter, so the halogen moisture analyzer can be used in real production.
