摘要
风电、光伏和径流式小水电等可再生能源已在电网中大规模地接入,这类能源发电的间歇性、不确定特性使电力系统面临新的难题,其规模化的接入容易造成局部电网传输阻塞及安全越限等问题.因此提出了一种考虑安全约束的分散协调AGC控制方法,该方法根据电源及负荷分布特点,合理设置分散协调控制区,并计及集群化风电有功波动对局部电网的影响,通过全网和局部协调,在机组调控过程中充分考虑传输阻塞,防止局部断面联络线传输功率越限的情况发生.采用某省级电网的具体模型实例及数据进行仿真,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性.
The renewable energy such as wind power, photovoltaic and small hydropower have accessed to power grid in a large scale. The intermittent and uncertain characteristics of energy make it much more dif- ficult for power grid operation. The problem of local transmission congestion and security overload will be more easily caused by the access of the renewable energy in large scale. The method set reasonable the de- centralized coordination control area based on the distribution characteristics of power supply and load, considering the power fluctuating of wind cluster in local grid. With the cooperation between the whole grid and the local grid, the problem of transmission congestion is under consideration throughout the unit control process to avoid the overload of transmission lines. The specific model and real data of a provincial power grid are employed to verify the feasibility and validity of the method.
