摘要
为开发反应精馏塔生产丁酸酐过程,根据文献数据,应用有限元正交配置法回归了丁酸与醋酸酐反应生产丁酸酐的动力学模型参数,其中初值通过对实验数据的多项式回归产生,降低了参数回归难度,提高了模型的准确性。通过动力学模型计算了最小反应段持液量,并以该结果为依据选择了旋液式塔板作为反应板。
To develop the process of producing butyric anhydride with reactive distillation, the kinetics parameters of producing butyric anhydride with butyric acid and acetic anhydride were regressed with orthogonal collocation on finite elements, whose initial values were produced with polynomial fit, which reduce the difficulty of the regression, while the precision was enhanced. The minimum holdup of reactive zone was calculated with the kinetic model, and the liquid rotating tray was selected as the reactive tray.
