摘要
魏家峁煤电公司为加强爆破成本管理,通过实施爆破材料费用与施工合同分离,材料费用改由公司管控,并对炸药单耗和延米爆破量2项指标开展对标考核管理,成本管控工作取得良好成效,积累了一定的工作经验。
In order to strengthen the management of blasting cost, blasting material cost is separated from the whole operation contract cost , which is controlled by the company. Meanwhile, the company performs standard assessment management on the two indicators, including explosive consumption and blasting output per meter hole. We has achieved the remarkable success in the cost control work and accumulated some work experience.
