Transport equipment management and control new model in Heidaigou Open-pit Mine

通过对黑岱沟露天煤矿某一阶段生产消耗、费用构成的统计分析,确定了生产消耗的主要成本为柴油、轮胎、火工品、材料配件4大因素。重点对运输设备(柴油、轮胎)管控新模式进行研究与探讨,实现提高设备效能,降低成本消耗,实现利润最大化的目的。

Through analyzing production consumption, fee structure in Heidaigou Open-pit Mine, the author identifies the major cost of production consumption, including diesel oil, tires, pyrotechnic, material accessories four factors. This article focuses on researching the transport equipment （diesel, tires） control new mode, in order to achieve the goals of improving equipment performance, reducing the cost consumption and the maximizing profits.
