摘要 介绍了枸杞猪肉腊肠的加工工艺和配方,以枸杞和猪肉为主要原料,以酱油、白糖、白酒等为辅料,所得产品营养价值高,同时也丰富了肉制品市场种类。 Wolfberry and pork were taken as the main raw material,sauce,white sugar and liquor were taken as the auxiliary material,and the processing technology and the formula of the wolfberry pork sausage were introduced. The products had high nutritive value and also enriched the meat products' variety in the market.
