摘要
当下高度的城市化水平及城市密集的人类活动,对城市的可持续发展提出了严峻的挑战。世界范围内城区消耗了大量的能源,带来了高浓度排放的温室气体、空气污染物及固体废弃物,而这些均将严重影响城市人口的生活质量。作者指出,随着智慧城市建设的推进,联合国制定了相关的计划文件来指导正在转型中的国家及发展中国家进行智慧化建设。我国应该汲取和借鉴联合国在智慧城市建设中的相关理论方法,促进中国未来智慧城市的建设发展。
The actual high level of urbanization and high intense human activities are presenting a serious challenge for the sustainable development of our cities. Urban areas are responsible for considerable world's energy consumption, which brings high concentration emissions of greenhouse gas, air pollutant and solid waste, seriously affecting the quality of life for urban citizens. The author pointed out that with the advance of smart city construction, the United Nations formulated related project documents to give the transition & developing countries guidance on how to advance their smart construction.China should draw and learn the theory & methodology related to smart city construction of United Nations, thereby promoting China's smart city development in the future.
