摘要
目的通过对比腺病毒肺炎及非腺病毒呼吸道病毒肺炎儿童、腺病毒普通肺炎患儿及腺病毒重症肺炎患儿血清降钙素原浓度水平,了解腺病毒肺炎儿童降钙素原变化规律。方法选取2015年1月~2016年7月期间在本院儿科住院治疗,诊断为小儿肺炎的患儿,先通过呼吸道病毒检测将患儿分组,检测腺病毒肺炎组及非腺病毒感染的呼吸道病毒肺炎组血清降钙素原浓度,作两样本t检验;然后把两组降钙素原升高阳性率作χ~2检验;最后把腺病毒肺炎组再分为普通腺病毒肺炎组及重症腺病毒肺炎组,将该两组降钙素原浓度作两样本t检验。结果腺病毒肺炎组及非腺病毒感染的呼吸道病毒肺炎组血清降钙素原浓度及降钙素原升高阳性率均有显著差异,腺病毒肺炎患儿降钙素原浓度(t=21.772,P=0.000)及降钙素原升高阳性率(χ~2=313.873,P=0.000)均高于非腺病毒感染的呼吸道病毒组;普通腺病毒肺炎组及重症腺病毒肺炎组降钙素原浓度有显著差异(t=-11.190,P=0.000),重症腺病毒肺炎组降钙素原浓度高于普通腺病毒肺炎组。结论腺病毒肺炎儿童血清降钙素原较其他常见呼吸道病毒肺炎儿童明显升高,且重症腺病毒肺炎患儿降钙素原浓度明显高于普通腺病毒肺炎患儿,临床中诊治中或应引起重视。
Objective To understand the regulation of adenovirus pneumonia children procalcitonin through the contrast of adenovirus pneumonia and non-adenovirus respiratory tract viral pneumonia in children, common adenovirus pneumonia in children and severe adenovirus pneumonia in children with serum procalcitonin levels. Methods Chikdren patient with the diagnosis of pneumonia in the department of pediatrics of our hospital during Jan 2015 to/u12016 were enrolled. The patients were divided into groups with detection of adenovirus pneumonia and group with non-adenovirus infection of respiratory tract virus pneumonia. Serum calcitonin concentration was taken for two sample t test, and calcitonin increasing rates of the two groups was taken for chi-square test. The adenovirus pneumonia group was divided into common adenovirus pneumonia group and severe adenovirus pneumonia group, the calcitonin concentration of the two groups was taken for the two sample test. Results The serum calcitonin concentration and calcitonin increasing rate in adenovirus pneumonia group were significant different with that in group of non-adenovirus infection of respiratory tract virus pneumonia. Adenovirus pneumonia in calcitonin concentration (t=19.696, P=0.001) and calcitonin increasing rate (X2=19.696, P=0.002) were signifcantly higher than those in non-adenovirus infection of respiratory tract virus group. There was significant difference in calcitonin concentration between common adenovirus pneumonia group and severe adenovirus pneumonia group (t=12.696, P=0.001). Severe adenovirus pneumonia group was significantly higher than that of common adenovirus pneumonia group. Conclusion The procalcitonin concentration of the adenovirus pneumonia in children is significantly higher than that of the non-adenovirus respiratory tract virus pneumonia. The procalcitonin concentration in severe adenovirus pneumonia children is significantly higher than that of the common adenovirus pneumonia. It should be attention in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
