摘要
甘草是广泛使用的中药材之一,其有效成分主要包括甘草黄酮、甘草酸、甘草次酸、甘草多糖等几类化合物。研究表明,甘草具有抗氧化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤以及免疫调节等作用。现综述了甘草的几类主要活性物质的药用价值及药理作用,并对其提取分离方法的研究进展做了较为详细的概括总结。
Licorice is one of the most widely used traditional herbal medicines, and effective components of licorice include licorice flavonoids, glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid, licorice polysaccharide, etc. It has been reported that licorice have biological activities such as anti-tumor,anti-virus,antioxidant,anti-complement and immune regulation.This paper reviews the medicinal value and pharmacological effects of several kinds of main active compounds in licorice, and summarizes recent development on the extraction and separation methods.
