一起疑似伪狂犬病疫苗注射引起绵羊死亡事件的调查

An Investigation on a Death Case of Sheep Suspectedly Caused by Injection of Pseudorabies Vaccine

本文对一起注射伪狂犬病疫苗引起羊死亡的事件进行了调查以及实验室检测和分析,发现羊使用伪狂犬活疫苗免疫后,因个体因素差异,会出现死亡等不良反应。建议在羊伪狂犬病疫苗免疫时,先进行小范围试用,再大面积使用,以确保家畜生产安全。

In this article,a death case of sheep caused by Pseudorabies vaccine injection was investigated,then laboratory test and analysis were carried out. Results showed that the death cases and other adverse reactions would appear after immunization with the live vaccine of PRV due to individual difference. At last,for the purpose of ensuring safety of domestic livestock,a piece of advice was given ：small-scale trials of vaccine should be conducted before its application in large scale.
