摘要
本试验旨在研究经甘露聚糖酶酶解后的棕榈仁粕(PKM-2)、甘露聚糖酶和蛋白酶酶解后的棕榈仁粕(PKM-3)对肉仔鸡回肠氨基酸消化率的影响。选用192只体重相近的1日龄科宝肉仔鸡,随机分成4组(每组设8个重复,每个重复6只鸡,公母各半),分别饲喂PKM-1(未处理)、PKM-2和PKM-3配制的半纯合饲粮和无氮饲粮,在35日龄时收集肉仔鸡回肠后半段食糜进行测定。结果表明:(1)性别对肉仔鸡内源氨基酸基础损失量无显著影响(P>0.05);(2)PKM-2和PKM-3粗蛋白质和氨基酸(除半胱氨酸外)的表观回肠消化率极显著提高(P<0.01),除组氨酸和半胱氨酸外的标准回肠消化率极显著提高(P<0.01);PKM-3比PKM-2的蛋白质的表观回肠消化率提高2.66%,但差异不显著(P>0.05);PKM-2与PKM-3所有氨基酸标准回肠消化率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,酶解后的棕榈仁粕蛋白质和大部分氨基酸消化率均有改善。
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of mannase enzymatic hydrolysis palm kernel meal(PKM-2),protease enzymatic hydrolysis palm kernel meal(PKM-3) on ileal amino acid digestibility in broilers.A total of192 1-day-old Cobb broilers with nearly same weights were randomly assigned to 4 treatment groups.Broilers of experimental groups were fed semi-purified diets which consisted of three kinds of PKM and nitrogen-free diet.Ileal digesta of all broilers were collected at the age of 35 day.The results showed that:(1)There was no significant difference on the broilers of basis endogenous amino acid loss for sex(P 0.05);(2)The apparentileal digestivility(AID) of crude protein and amino acids(without cysteine)in PKM-2 and PKM-3 were improved significantly(P 0.01).The standard ileal digestibility(TID) of crude protein and amino acids(without histidine and cysteine)were improved significantly(P 0.01).PKM-3 was higher 2.66% than PKM-2 protein AID,but there were no significant differences between PKM-2 and PKM-3(P 0.05).There were no significant differences between PKM-2 and PKM-3 acids TID(P 0.05).In conclusion,the digestibility of the protein and majority amino acid of enzymatic hydrolysis palm kernel meal was improved.
