摘要
以生态学理论为依据,结合吉林省自然地理和侵蚀沟发生发展的规律及侵蚀沟治理现状,提出了建立防治侵蚀沟发生、发展,以及监督管理防治体系的观点。
The paper puts forward ideas about supervising and managing the prevention and control system in order to control the erosion gully based on ecology theory and also combined with the physical geography in Jilin,the occurrence and development rule of the erosion gully,and the current status of regulation.
