摘要
目的测定不同产地苦参药材中活性成分(苦参酮、槐属二氢黄酮G、苦参碱、氧化苦参碱)的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法检测苦参中苦参酮、槐属二氢黄酮G、苦参碱及氧化苦参碱的质量分数。结果比较了15批不同产地苦参药材中4种成分的含量,苦参酮、槐属二氢黄酮G、苦参碱、氧化苦参碱质量分数在4.31~8.52、1.29~6.31、0.27~2.52、4.24~32.61 mg/g之间。按照2015版《中国药典》对生物碱的含量要求,除6号样品不合格,其他样品均合格。结论两种生物碱之和均高于两种黄酮之和,前者约为后者的1.6~4.3倍。
Objective To determine and analysis the content of active ingredients (Kurarinone, Sophoralavanone G, Matrine and Oxymatrine) in Sophora flavescens from different regions. Method HPLC was used to determine the content of Kurarinone, Sophoraflavanone G, Matrine and Oxymatrine. Results The results showed that the content ranges of Kurarinone, Sophoralavanone G, Matrine and Oxymatrine from 15 Sophora flavescens were 4.31-8.52 mg/g, 1.29-6.31 mg/g, 0.27-2.52 mg/g and 4.24-32.61 mg/g. Conclusion The total two alkaloids were higher than the total two flavonoids. The former is about 0.8-4.3 times the latter.
