摘要 现如今,食品中添加甜蜜素已经在我们饮食领域中屡见不鲜,然而过多的甜蜜素会对健康造成一定的威胁。随着生活质量的提高,人民越来越重视食品质量安全问题,且该问题是当前社会关注的热点之一,近年来全国各地都对食品质量安全实施监管,以期采取强有力检测措施有效遏制一些突出问题,确保食品中甜蜜素成分符合标准,但仍有超标事件在发生。因此在食品中使用检测技术意义重大,文章主要研究相色谱技术对食品中甜蜜素成分检测中的方法,对食品质量进行严格把关。 Now, the food has been added in our diet is not uncommon in the field of food; however, too much sodium will pose a threat to health. With the improvement of the quality of life, people pay more and more attention to the quality of life. Food quality and safety problems, and the problem is one of the hot topics in the current society, in recent years all over the country on food quality and safety supervision, effectively curb some prominent problems in order to take strong measures to ensure the detection of sodium cyclamate in food ingredients, meet the standards, but still exceed the standard incident at. Therefore, it is of great significance to use the detection technology in the food, this paper mainly studies the method of the determination of the sodium in the food, and strictly control the quality of the food.
