新常态下榆林地区群众监督机制建设分析

The Analysis of the Masses Spervision Mechanism Construction in the City of Yulin under the New Normal

早在解放战争时期就被提到了政治高度的群众监督,在近几年得到了高度重视,然而受发展的制约暴露出了一定的不足。作为新中国起源地、革命老区的陕西榆林地区,群众监督作用的发挥情况直接关系着政治生态的发展,对全省党风廉政建设有着至关重要的作用。以榆林地区群众监督机制为分析对象,从群众监督现状、实证分析入手,采用理论阐述、数据描述统计分析等方法,对榆林地区群众监督机制建设进行研究,分析影响和制约群众监督机制建设的因素,进而提出针对性、切实可行的建议和对策。

Early in the war of liberation period,the masses supervision was is referred to the political height,until recent years,it is got great importance.However,some shortcomings has exposed subject to the limit of the development.As the origin of the People＇s Republic of China and the old revolutionary base areas,the masses supervision in Yulin city plays a key role in the development of political ecology and building a clean government.The article makes the masses supervision in Yulin as the study object,beginning with the status quo and The empirical analysis,using the method of theory in paper and the statistical analysis.Though analyzing the factors affecting and restricting the construction of the masses supervise mechanism,in order to put forward practical and feasible suggestions and countermeasures.
