组蛋白甲基化在砷致T细胞免疫损伤中的研究进展

摘要 近年来,地方性砷中毒对免疫系统的影响逐渐引起人们的关注。组蛋白修饰模式的改变可能是砷调控基因表达的机制之一,砷在调节免疫细胞分化、增殖及其功能基因表达的过程中发挥着重要的作用。砷对T细胞的分化和功能有一定的影响,而有关这一过程是否通过组蛋白甲基化来调控的研究少有报道,文中主要对组蛋白甲基化在砷致T细胞免疫功能降低中的作用及其机制进行综述。 In recent years, the influence of endemic arsenic poisoning on immune system has caught people's attention. Changes in histone modification patterns may be one of the mechanisms of arsenic regulated gene expression, arsenic plays an important role in differentiation, proliferation and function of immune cells. Arsenic has a certain effect on the differentiation and function of T cells, and it is rarely studied whether the process is regulated by histone methylation. In this paper, the study of histone methylation in arsenic induced T cellular immune damage is reviewed.
