圆柱滚子轴承保持架兜孔尺寸误差对运动精度的影响

摘要 以圆柱滚子轴承为研究对象,根据轴承零件间的运动关系建立数学模型。通过MATLAB编程,并结合具体算例分析保持架兜孔的尺寸误差及其排布方式对轴承运动精度的影响。结果表明:随保持架兜孔尺寸误差的增大,内圈的径向跳动值增大,轴承运动精度变差,但影响较小;保持架兜孔尺寸误差的合理排布可以提高轴承的运动精度。 Taking a cylindrical roller bearing as the research object, a mathematical model is established based on kinematic relationships among bearing parts. The programming is designed in MATLAB, and the influence of dimension error of cage pocket and its arrangement style on kinematic accuracy of bearing is analyzed combining with a specific calculating example. The results show that the radial run - out value of inner ring increases with the increase of dimension error of cage pocket, and the kinematic accuracy of bearing gets worse slightly. The kinematic accuracy of bearing can be improved by arranging dimension error of cage pocket in a reasonable style.
