摘要
分析微型轴承冲压冠形保持架压球窝的加工难点,针对原保持架压球窝模具加工中存在的问题,从凹模精度、导向装置、填球方式等方面进行了模具改进设计,改进模具后保持架冲压合格率由50%提高到95%,加工效率提高3倍。
In order to solve the problems in the processing of ball - and - fitting molds of the original cage, the improvement of the die design is carried out from the die precision, the guide device, the filling method and so on. After improvement, the stamping pass qualified rate is increased from 50% to 95% , with processing efficiency increased by 3 times.
