摘要 对酒钢5号高炉炉役后期护炉操作实践进行了总结。针对5号高炉炉役后期出现铁口区域冷却壁热流强度超标、炉底温度大幅度上升等问题,通过采取降低冶炼强度、提高生铁中[Si]、[Ti]及铁水物理热、提高终渣碱度、降低生铁中[S]、加强炉前操作管理、安装微型冷却器和异型冷却器和灌浆造衬等一系列措施,实现了高炉安全生产的护炉效果。铁口区域的热流强度最大值从17.03 kW/m^2下降至11.68 kW/m^2,炉底2点温度由440℃、1000℃分别下降至358℃和877℃。 This paper the operation practice of post campaign furnace protection in Jiuquan Steel's No. 5 BF Facing the problem occurred at furnace post campaign, for instance, over-limit heat flux intensity at taphole cooling stave and abnormal great temperature rise at furnace bottom, a lot of measures are taken, including weakening the smelting intensity, increasing [ Si ] and [ Ti ] content in pig iron and physical heat of hot metal, increasing slag alkalinity, reducing [ S ] content in pig iron, strengthening easthouse operation management, installing micro-cooler and shaped cooler, and grouting lining, etc. These measures provide furnace protection for safety production of BF. The heat flux at the taphole area drops from the highest 17.03 kW/m2 to 11.68 kW/m2 , and the temperature at two points of bottom decreases from 440 ℃ and 1000 ℃ respectively to 358 ℃and 877 ℃, respectively.
