摘要
使用改进的裂纹闭合积分方法(MCCI)对典型机翼整体机加壁板的裂纹扩展及剩余强度试验进行了分析预测。通过与试验结果的对比,表明预测的裂纹扩展寿命及剩余强度载荷与实际试验结果的偏差在工程应用可接受的范围内,证明该方法可以在实际机型研发过程中推广应用。同时,试验也证明了整体机加壁板长桁的止裂效果不明显。
This paper predicted the crack growth life and residual strength of typical machined wing panel based on MCCI( Modified Crack Closure Integral). Compared with the result of the test evidence,the deviation of the prediction is acceptable by the engineering application. The results show that this method could be used in the research and development phase of the new aircraft project. Otherwise,the test results also show that the feature of machined stiffened panel cannot arrest the crack well.
