摘要
智能电网是电网未来的发展趋势,能充分发挥电网在资源优化配置中的作用,对国民经济全面可持续发展具有重要意义。文章应用模糊综合评价理论建立电网智能化指标相对隶属度以及相对隶属函数,确定单元对电网智能化各级别的相对隶属度矩阵,构建电网智能化模糊综合评价指标体系,指标体系包括发电、输电、变电、配电、用电、调度等智能电网建设的各个方面,并对江苏省电网智能化进行了实证分析。
The intelligent electric power grid is the trend of the development of power grid, which can give full play to the role of power grid in the optimal allocation of resources, and have great significance to the comprehensive sustainable development of the national economy. In this paper, the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to build the grid index of relative mem- bership degree and the function of relative membership, determine the relative membership degree matrix for all levels of grid in- telligent, and construct power grid intelligent fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system, including power generation, transmis- sion, substation, distribution, utilization, scheduling, etc. And we conduct an empirical analysis on the intelligent power grid in Ji- angsu province.
