摘要
介绍了一种基于ATmega128单片机设计的温度控制系统,给出了硬件原理及软件设计方案。该系统主要由电源电路、温度检测电路、键盘输入、温度控制电路和液晶显示电路等组成。其中电源电路采用数字和模拟部分分立设计,具有较好的抗干扰作用。温度检测元件使用线性度良好的Pt1000,提高测量精度。温度控制电路使用经典的H桥驱动,桥路由四个MOS管搭建,驱动能力较强。经测试结果表明,该系统能够较好的满足控制需求,能够用于户外医疗、旅行、军事等方面,具有操作简单,运行可靠,方便携带等特点。
A temperature control system based on ATmega128 MCU is introduced in this paper, as well as the hardware principle and software design scheme. The system is composed of power supply circuit, temperature detection circuit, keyboard input, temperature control circuit and liquid crystal display circuit. The power supply circuit is designed with discrete digital and analog parts and has good anti-interference function. The temperature detection element adopts a linear PTI000 to improve the measuring accuracy. The temperature control is driven by a classic H bridge drive circuit which consists four MOS tubes and has strong driving ability. The test results show that the system can meet the requirements of control and be used in outdoor medical, travel, military and other aspects with the advantages of simple operation, reliable work, easy to carry and so on,
