摘要
针对目前电厂热工检修人员数量不足、无法在有限的检修周期内实现对全厂的热控制设备进行全面检修和维护这一实际问题,本文开发了一套火电厂热控设备专家管理信息系统。通过对热控设备实现综合管理,精确确定热控检修项目与检修间隔,实施对热控设备的状态检修。实践应用证明这一系统能够在保证设备安全和高可靠性的前提下,有效减轻热工人员劳动强度,降低设备检修成本。
According to the current number of thermal power plant maintenance personnel is insufficient, can not be achieved in the maintenance cycle within a limited thermal control equipment overhaul and maintenance of all this practical problem, this paper developed a set of power plant thermal control equipment expert management information system. Through the implementation of the comprehensive management of thermal control equipment, precise thermal control maintenance and repair project the interval, the implementation of condition based maintenance of thermal control equipment. The practical application shows that this system can ensure the safety of equipment and high reliability, effectively reduce the labor intensity of thermal personnel, reduce equipment maintenance costs.
