The Management Optimization of Multi-project Construction Quality Information

国核工程有限公司承担着国家三门和海阳核电一期工程共4台机组项目建设任务,项目建设过程中,有大量的施工质量信息产生,作为公司质量板块后台管理部门,全面、及时、准确的掌握核电工程项目建造动态和有关信息对质量管理工作有着重要的意义。本文通过梳理多项目施工质量信息管理现状及相关管理要求,制定管理对策,进一步规范施工质量信息的管理,提高公司施工质量管理水平。

SNPEC is committed to the first stage of Sanmen and Haiyang nuclear power project which consists of four units construction tasks. During the construction process, there is a lot of construction quality information. As the company’s backstage quality management department, comprehensive, timely and accurate grasp of nuclear power engineering project and relevant information on the quality of management has an important significance. This paper through reviewing multi-project construction quality management status and related information management requirements, works out management strategies to further standardize the construction quality information management to improve the company’s construction quality management.
