摘要
针对火电厂脱硝装置的实际运行情况,SCR和SNCR脱硝技术可以降低烟气中的NOx排放,使其达到国家的标准要求,但是过程中未反应的NH3会造成NH3逃逸,引发诸如空气预热器堵塞或者腐蚀等一系列的问题。根据现场的实际运行可知,飞灰中会吸附有NH3和铵盐等,其品质以及二次利用率均会受到影响。本文主要论述了国内外在NH3含量测量方面的研究成果,并讨论了飞灰中含NH3量测量的方法,对飞灰中NH3量测量的发展前景进行了展望。希望能为电厂日后工作带来一定的参考价值。
In view of the actual operation of the denitrification device in thermal power plant, Selective Catalytic Reduction and Selective Non-catalytic Reduction denitrification technology can reduce the NOx in the flue gas emissions to achieve the national standard requirements, but the unreacted ammonia during the process can cause ammonia slip, causing a series of problems such as air preheater blockage or corrosion.According to the actual operation of the power plant shows that ammonia and ammonium salts will be adsorbed in the fly ash, affecting the quality and secondary utilization of fly ash. This paper mainly discusses the research results of ammonia measurement at home and abroad, and the method of ammonia content measurement in fly ash was discussed. The development prospect of ammonia measurement in fly ash is prospected.Hoping for the future work of the power plant to bring some reference value.
