摘要
氯化法是羊毛丝光的主要方法,但会产生含氯化合物AOX,破坏生态环境。阐述了羊毛无氯环保的丝光方法,如物理法、氧化法、生物酶法等,重点论述了各种环保的丝光方法对羊毛丝光处理的作用机制以及应用效果。不同的丝光方法产生的剥鳞效果也不同,并且会对羊毛性能有不同影响,如断裂强力、白度、手感、染色性能等。对羊毛丝光方法的发展趋势进行了展望。
Chlorination process is the main method of mercerized wool, but producing chloric compounds AOX, the ecological environment destroyed. The chlorine-free wool mercerizing methods are described, such as physical method, oxidation method, biological enzyme method. This paper discusses various environmental mercerized methods of mechanism and application effect in the mercerized wool processing. Different mercerizing methods produce different stripping scales effects and have different effects on wool properties, such as breaking strength, whiteness, handle and dyeing properties, etc. Finally, the development trend of mercerized wool method is prospected.
