Research and manufacture of durable flame-retardant acrylic/cotton functional domestic textile fabrics

阻燃腈纶/棉面料具有一定的耐久阻燃性能,采用活性染料上染棉、阳离子染料上染阻燃腈纶,辅以阻燃腈纶专用载体,染得的面料色牢度较高,织物柔软舒适且不影响阻燃效果,通过附加功能整理后服用性能优越。

Flame-retardant acrylic/cotton fabric owns a certain durable flame-retardant property. The cotton component was dyed using reactive dye, while the acrylic component was dyed using cationic dye with a special carrier for acrylic. The dyed fabric presented high colorfastness, soft and comfortable feeling without reducing its flame-retardant property. In addition, the wearability of this fabric was excellent after additional functional finishing.
