摘要
采用无卤阻燃剂对全棉贡缎提花织物进行阻燃整理工艺研究,通过测试整理后织物的阻燃性能、白度和力学性能,确定了最佳阻燃整理液配方和工艺条件。整理后棉提花织物具有较好的阻燃性能[极限氧指数31.28,损毁长度(6.90±0.32)cm,续燃、阴燃时间均为0 s]。此外,整理后织物的力学性能(如断裂强力、断裂伸长率和耐磨性)和服用性能(如透气性)均有一定幅度的降低,但折痕回复性、悬垂性有所提高。
Flame-retardant finishing process of cotton satin jacquard fabric using a halogen-free flame retardant was investigated, and the optimal solution formulation and processing conditions of flame retardant finishing were confirmed by testing the flame retardant properties, whiteness and mechanical properties of the finished fabric. Preferable flameretardant properties of finished cotton jacquard fabric were obtained with a limiting oxygen index of 31.28, damage length of 6.9 ± 0.32 cm, both continued burning and smoldering time of 0s. In addition, the finished fabric showed certain decreases in mechanical properties(including breaking strength, elongation at break and abrasion resistance) and wearability(such as air permeability), but its crease recovery property and drapability were increased.
