摘要
传统滚子链传动系统建模及仿真加载过程十分复杂,利用MSC.ADAMS软件的ADAMS/Machinery模块可快速建立柴油机滚子链传动系统,对该系统进行动力学仿真分析及振动特性分析,从而寻求改善柴油机滚子链传动系统特性的新途径以避免出现强烈共振,延长柴油机滚子链传动系统使用寿命,可为工程柴油机滚子链传动系统的设计及应用提供一定借鉴。
Conventional modeling and simulation of loading process about roller chain drive system is very complex, using MSC. ADAMS software ADAMS/Machinery module can be quickly built roller chain drive system of diesel engine. This paper analyzes the system dynamics simulation and the vibration characteristic, so as to improve the characteristic of roller chain drive of diesel engine system to seek new ways to avoid strong resonance, extend the service life of roller chain drive system of diesel engine, for engineering design of roller chain drive system of diesel engine and its application to provide certain reference.
