摘要
运用GT-POWER软件与Numeca软件,对一款即将量产的2.2L四缸增压柴油机的性能进行分析,致力于提升发动机中低速性能指标,在对缸盖、活塞、凸轮轴等零部件进行优化试验后,着重对增压器进行优化设计,确定需要调整的增压器零件参数及结构。通过对增压器的叶轮、涡轮、涡壳重新优化设计,使得发动机满足在最大输出功率为80 kW时,最大扭矩达到280N·m,最低油耗小于210 g/(kW·h)的设计目标。
This paper analyzes the turbocharger's performance for 2.2 L 4-cylinder diesel engine through GT-POWER and Numeca software. It aims to improve the engine's performance index at middle - and low - speed. After optimizing the cylinder, piston, and camshaft and so on, the paper stresses the optimal design for the turbocharger. Through optimizing design for the compressor wheel, turbine wheel and turbine housing, the engine can reach to the goal of maximum torque: 280 N · m and the lowest fuel consumption: 210/kW · h when the maximum output power is 80 kW.
