简单论述了全球种业的现状。北美自由贸易区是种业最发达的地区,市场集中度高,知识产权保护力度强。我国种业市场集中度低,法律、政策等还有待完善。

The current situation of global seed industry was simply discussed in this paper. North American Free Trade Area （NAFTA） is the most developed region of seed industry. It is eharacterized by high market concentration, strong intellectual property protection. But, market concentration is low in our seed industry, and laws and policies need to be improved.
