健康教育路径表在膀胱灌注化疗中的应用及效果观察

The application and effect of health education path table in the treatment of bladder perfusion chemotherapy

目的探讨健康教育路径表在膀胱灌注化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年8月~2015年11月门诊膀胱灌注化疗药物患者,共111人,随机分为两组;对照组55人,给予传统教育方式;路径组56人,采用健康教育路径进行宣教。灌注后发放健康教育卡片及进行满意度调查,电话随访等。观察两组患者满意情况和知识掌握情况。结果路径组患者满意度及知识掌握情况均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论膀胱灌注中应用路径式健康教育可提高患者对疾病相关知识的掌握情况及对护理工作的满意度,和谐护患关系。

Objective To explore the effect of health education path table in the patients with bladder perfusion chemotherapy.Methods 111 patients were randomly divided into two groups from August 2015 to November 2015. The patients were randomly divided into groups;In the control group, 55 people were given the traditional education mode, the path group was 56, and the health education path was used.After filling the health education card and the satisfaction survey, telephone follow- up, etc.Observe the two groups of patients with satisfaction and knowledge to grasp the situation.Results the satisfaction degree and knowledge of patients in the path group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）.Conc Ius i on the application of health education in the bladder irrigation can improve the knowledge of disease related knowledge and satisfaction of nursing, and the relationship between nurses and patients.
