宁阳“四八” 传承千年鲁味

摘要 在宁阳县乡饮乡西云村,"四八"宴席的第四代传承人于朝民正在厨房里热火朝天地忙碌着,炉灶内的火舌舔舐着一口大锅,大锅上放置了三层蒸笼,屋子里热气腾腾。今天,他要为前来的几位宾客做一桌最为正宗的传统"四八"宴席。于朝民说,"传统宁阳‘四八'已有一千多年历史,做工讲究风味独特让其长盛不衰,是民间贵客临门或有喜事庆祝之时必备礼俗。" In Xiyun Village,Xiangyin Town,Ningyang County,the fourth inheritor of the 'Four Eight' feast,Yu Chaomin,is busy in the kitchen right now.He is going to prepare the most authentic traditional 'Four Eight' feast for a few guests.Yu Chaomin said, 'The traditional Ningyang 'Four Eight' is the necessary formality to celebrate happy events or treat important guests,having a history'of thousand years.' Ningyang 'Four Eight' feast was listed as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Tai'an city in 2006.Since the Tang Dynasty,the 'Four Eight' feast has been popular with both folk society and the upper classes; 'Four Plates' and 'Eight bowls' are based on meat dishes,and a wine ceremony is also included as an important part.The 'Four Eight' feast is well known for 8 seats per table and 32 pieces of tableware,mainly distributed in Tai'an,Jining,Heze and the surrounding areas,among which Xiangyin 'Four Eight' is the most authentic.
