摘要
目的:调查二级医院护理部主任培训需求,为针对二级医院护理部主任的培训提供指导。方法:便利抽取全国10个省份二级医院的457位护理部主任/副主任作为研究对象,运用自行设计的问卷,调查二级医院护理部主任对培训内容、培训时间、培训形式的需求情况。结果:需求位于前5位的培训内容为:绩效考核与管理、等级评审与护理质量改进、患者安全管理、优质护理与医院护理标准化管理、护士分级管理;对于培训时间的选择首选工作日;对于绩效考核与管理、等级评审与护理质量改进、优质护理与医院护理标准化管理、护士分级管理选择的主要培训形式是授课和参观;对于患者安全管理选择的主要培训形式是授课和案例分析。结论:针对二级医院护理部主任的培训应在工作日进行并应结合二级医院护理部主任需求开展不同形式的培训。
Objective: To explore the training needs among nursing department directors in the secondary hospitals, in order to make a guidance for designing training courses for them. Methods: We recruited 457 nursing department directors from 10 provinces by using convenience sampling method. We used self-designed questionnaires to investigate the training needs about time, content, and types. Results: The first five contents were performance appraisal and management, hospital grade assessment and the practice of constant improvement of nursing quality management, patient safety management, high quality nursing service and standardization management, and the hierarchical use of nurses. The preferred training time was from Monday to Friday. The training types for performance appraisal and management, hospital grade assessment and the practice of constant improvement of nursing quality manageme, high quality nursing service and standardization management, the hierarchical use of nurses were giving lessons and visiting hospitals. The training types for practice of constant improvement of nursing quality management, patient safety management were giving lessons and case analysis. Conclusion: The training for nursing department directors in the secondary hospitals should be held on working days and take different training types according to their needs.
