皮肤过敏是经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)的常见并发症,严重影响带管患者的生活质量。本文简述其概念及诊断,详细介绍影响因素并结合实际综述干预措施,为现阶段PICC相关皮肤过敏的预防及治疗提供参考依据,并指出发展方向。

Cutaneous skin changes are common in patients undergoing Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter（PICC）, and seriously influence patients＇ quality of life. In this article, contact dermatitis will be defined, potential risk factors will be identified and diagnostic framework will be explored. Finally, a synopsis of treatment approaches as well as implications for nursing practice and research will be presented.
