个案管理对男男性行为HIV/AIDS患者行为方式的影响

The effects of case management on the compliance behaviors of MSM with HIV/AIDS

目的:调查个案管理对男男性行为HIV/AIDS患者行为方式的影响。方法:将符合标准的108例男男性行为HIV/AIDS患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组54例,对照组采用常规护理和随访模式,实验组在对照组基础上采用个案管理,3个月后对两组患者的安全套使用频率、性伴侣固定情况及服药依从性进行调查。结果:对两组患者分别实施不同的管理后,实验组安全套使用频率、性伴固定情况及服用抗病毒药物治疗依从性均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用个案管理进行男男性行为HIV/AIDS患者行为方式干预具有可行性,可显著改善其行为方式。

Objective： To explore the effects of case management on the compliance behaviors in men who have sex with men（MSM） with HIV/AIDS. Method： The 108 subjects were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group. The routine nursing care and case management nursing were applied to each group separately for three months. Results： The experimental group had better performance in condom usage, fixed sexual partner and medication compliance than the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The case management nursing played a significant role in the compliance behaviors in MSM with HIV/AIDS.
