总结应用持续肾脏替代治疗救治8例肺移植术后早期急性肾损伤患者的护理经验。护理要点包括:构建肺移植术后持续肾脏替代治疗专业小组;建立与维护血管通路;维持血流动力学稳定;监测凝血功能。本组患者无持续肾脏替代治疗相关护理并发症发生。

To summarize and analyze the clinical outcomes and experiences of Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy（CRRT） in eight patients with Acute Kidney Injury after lung transplantation. The key measure of nursing care included： establish multi-displinary treatment team; establish and maintain the vascular access; maintain the hemodynamic stability; monitor the coagulation function. There was no complication occured in this group with CRRT.
