含软弱层煤巷顶板动压破坏规律及智能支护设计

摘要 运用现场实测、数值模拟等手段,对塔山矿5216巷顶板软弱层分布形态、动压破坏规律进行研究,利用"大同矿区坚硬顶板巷道支护专家系统"进行智能支护设计并进行工业应用。支护方案实践表明,掘-采全过程中,顶板下沉量均在240 mm以下,支护效果良好。 Studied the distribution patterns of weak seam and failure regularity of 5216 coal drift in Tashan coal mine by field measurement, numerical simulation, etc., and designed the support parameters of the 5216 coal drift using the intelligent expert system for the coal with hard roof in Datong coal mine group, and the support parameters were applied. Roof subsidence were less than 240 mm in the tunneling and mining process after intelligent supporting design.
